One of the questions lingering on our minds since the teasers for the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon started rolling out is how much power it has in comparison to the SRT Hellcat’s 707 ponies. Since then, we’ve gotten everything but—although it’s granted us some impressive insight into what makes it tick. Now, we have a ballpark to work from.

That word comes by way of the latest teaser video, which showcases the SRT Demon’s Performance Pages as seen in the center stack screen. On the home screen, it shows the car’s 0-60 time, which is listed at 3.0 seconds—a half second nimbler than the SRT Hellcat. While this could point to more torque, the Dyno page shows us a possible range of horsepower, which peaks around 750. Because the scale goes up to 850 however, we have reason to believe it could be anywhere within that 100 hp range.
